Job Responsibilities:
∎ Serve as a Techno-Commercial bridge and subject matter expert to the technical and developer community.
∎ Be the face of Business sales by understanding customer requirements and representing their needs to the relevant technical team.
∎ Work closely with internal teams, including developers, engineers, solution architects, quality assurance, finance and operations. Ensure requirements are fully understood and that implementation plans match expectations.
∎ Leads/support any and all aspects of the technical sales/development process. Coordinate with internal and external clients on overall architect solutions/development.
∎ Scoping the customers’ requirements/solutions to formulate accurate/estimated effort by coordinating internal stakeholders.
∎ Work with software developers by following development methodology like agile, waterfall, etc. to meet commercial’s timelines and expectations.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Both Technical and Business Development Knowledge is must to liaison with the Technical & Business team of External and Internal partners/stakeholders
∎ Technical know-how on IT infrastructure/networks and software development process.
∎ Experience in technical product development and Project Management will be an added advantage.
∎ Excellent communication and presentation skills.
∎ Analytical ability and strong problem-solving approach.
∎ A pioneer, shape-creator, self-motivated, result-driven and a passion for winning.
∎ Understanding of Financial Service Business.
