Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Lead the design, development, and deployment of software systems and services·
∎ Manage and mentor a team of developers and engineers·
∎ Ensure best practices in coding, architecture, testing, and deployment·
∎ Collaborate with product managers and business teams to translate requirements into technical solutions·
∎ Make strategic decisions about technology platforms, frameworks, and tools·

As a Tech Lead, you will be responsible for leading architecture design, ensuring high code quality, and working closely with cross-functional teams to align technology with business goals.

∎ • Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
∎ • 5+ years of experience in software development with 2+ years in a lead or senior role
∎ • Strong knowledge of backend frameworks (e.g., Node.js, Django, Laravel) and frontend technologies (React, Angular, etc.)
∎ • Hands-on experience with databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB)
∎ • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
∎ • Knowledge of DevOps tools and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
∎ • Excellent problem-solving, team management, and communication skills
∎ Preferred Qualifications:
∎ • Experience working in agri-tech, fintech, logistics, or similar sectors
∎ • Familiarity with mobile app development (Flutter, React Native)
∎ • Exposure to AI/ML or data-driven systems is a plus
