Responsibilities & Context:
Plan and execute daily visits as per the route provided by field management to meet targeted customers and achieve sales goals.
Provide technical support on animal health, nutrition, and disease management to clients.
Identify and connect with farmers, intermediaries, and potential customers through surveys and field visits.
Assist the core sales team in completing customer onboarding processes and maintaining relationships with clients.
Support customers with technical advice and help organize training, seminars, and workshops to enhance their knowledge and capacity.
Gather market insights, analyze competitors` products, and provide feedback for product improvement.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports to track sales activities and performance.
Represent the company professionally while interacting with customers, local stakeholders, and external organizations.
Undertake additional responsibilities as assigned by supervisors.
