Responsibilities & Context:
- Market Research & Analysis
- Identify new markets, potential clients, and business opportunities.
- Study competitors and prepare strategies for business growth.
- Client Acquisition
- Approach potential customers through calls, emails, meetings, or networking.
- Deliver product/service presentations and proposals.
- Business Expansion Strategy
- Develop plans to achieve monthly/annual sales targets.
- Support promotional and marketing campaigns.
- Client Relationship Management
- Maintain regular communication with existing clients.
- Handle complaints, collect feedback, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Reporting & Analysis
- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly sales reports.
- Share updates and progress with the management team.
