Job Context

Agrigate Network Limited is a fast-growing organization committed to operational excellence and transparency. We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Audit Executive to join our Internal Audit Department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting audits, ensuring compliance, and identifying areas for process improvement.

Job Description

·       Advance & immediate Payment process Audit through vouching & cheque Register Audit.

·       Adjustment of AP voucher like PO match & bank related transaction audit.

·       Party payment process audit.

·       Supply Chain process audit.

·       Transport bill audit.

·       Operational Expenses Bill like Branch & Head Office petty cash expense & audit.

·       Local Purchase bill audit (Considering Approval Po, Bill, Delivery Challan, Gate & Store Entry, and QC & MRR.)

·       Local sales & Wastage sales DO process & BID Documents audit.

·       Intercompany /Cluster wise transaction Doc’s bill audit.

·       Operational Activity (Inventory Control, Utility, consumables bills & any other bill) audit.

·       Commercial Activities (sales challan & customer ledger) audit.

·       Conducted any assignment assigned by management time to time.

Key Responsibilities

·       Conduct internal audits across departments in accordance with company policy and standard procedures.

·       Review and verify financial records, transactions, and documentation.

·       Identify control weaknesses and recommend corrective actions.

·       Prepare detailed audit reports and present findings to management.

·       Ensure compliance with company policies, Bangladesh Labor Law, and relevant accounting standards.

·       Assist in developing internal control systems and risk management frameworks.

·       Support external auditors with necessary information and documentation.

·       Maintain confidentiality of all audit and company information.

Educational Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration from a recognized university.
• Professional qualifications (CA-CC, CMA, ACCA part-qualified) will be considered an added advantage.

Experience Requirements

• 1–3 years of relevant experience in internal or external audit.
• Fresh graduates with strong accounting knowledge may also apply.

Skills & Competencies

·       Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

·       Sound knowledge of accounting standards and audit principles.

·       Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software.

·       Excellent communication and report-writing skills.

·       High level of integrity, confidentiality, and attention to detail.
