∎ Age 20 to 35 years
∎ 1. Must have patience & competence to work under pressure.
∎ 2. Willing to work extended hours and work on holidays.
∎ 3. Understand, interpret, reproduce, and diagnose customer problems. Perform Root cause Analysis.
∎ 4. Must be computer literate and able to produce different analytical report and statements independently.
∎ 5. Fluent in English languages (written and speaking).
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ 1. This position will supervise a team and manage overall customer care center activities of a respective region.
∎ 2. To troubleshoot Television, it’s devices and diagnosis process.
∎ 3. To deal both in warranty and out of warranty service.
∎ 4. Motherboard repair quality will be treated as an advantage.
∎ 5. Report preparation in MS office and excel is required.
∎ 6. Communication with Principals.
∎ 7. Communicate clearly and precisely with customers in written and verbal form.
∎ 8. To check & perform warranty/replacement procedure of retailer & corporate customers.
∎ 9. Ensure the performance, quality and responsiveness of service items.
∎ 10. Collaborate with Support team to ensure proper service of products.
∎ 11. Identify the actual malfunction and make solution with discuss technical Support Team.
∎ 12. Work with members of the team and other departments/teams to resolve product issues.
∎ 13. Perform any other tasks assigned by the reporting boss.
