Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, Engineering, or any relevant discipline.
1–2 years of experience in after-sales service, customer service, retail operations, or service center management.
Candidates with relevant experience in after-sales service, customer service, or service center operations will be given preference.
Strong leadership, team management, and customer relationship skills.
Proven ability to achieve sales, revenue, and operational targets.
Good analytical, reporting, and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office and ERP/CRM systems.
Excellent communication skills in Bangla and English.
Target-oriented, punctual, self-motivated, and able to work under pressure.
Willingness to travel within assigned regions when required.
Oversee daily service center operations and ensure customer satisfaction through prompt and quality service.
Supervise and coordinate activities of service executives, technical engineers, inventory, accounts, and logistics teams.
Monitor and achieve service KPIs, productivity targets, and customer satisfaction goals.
Handle customer complaints and escalations professionally and efficiently.
Ensure smooth after-sales service operations for home appliances, mobile devices, and IT products.
Drive sales of products, accessories, and value-added services to achieve revenue targets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, customers, and local sales teams.
Encourage positive customer reviews and convert service interactions into sales opportunities.
Maintain inventory control and ensure compliance with company policies and service standards.
Prepare regular operational, sales, and performance reports for management.
Identify opportunities for service improvement, business growth, and operational efficiency.
