Education:

  • 1–2 years of experience in after-sales service, customer service, retail operations, or service center management.

  • Candidates with relevant experience in after-sales service, customer service, or service center operations will be given preference.

  • Excellent communication skills in Bangla and English.

  • Willingness to travel within assigned regions when required.



Responsibilities & Context:
  • Oversee daily service center operations and ensure customer satisfaction through prompt and quality service.

  • Supervise and coordinate activities of service executives, technical engineers, inventory, accounts, and logistics teams.

  • Monitor and achieve service KPIs, productivity targets, and customer satisfaction goals.

  • Handle customer complaints and escalations professionally and efficiently.

  • Ensure smooth after-sales service operations for home appliances, mobile devices, and IT products.

  • Drive sales of products, accessories, and value-added services to achieve revenue targets.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, customers, and local sales teams.

  • Encourage positive customer reviews and convert service interactions into sales opportunities.

  • Maintain inventory control and ensure compliance with company policies and service standards.

  • Prepare regular operational, sales, and performance reports for management.

  • Identify opportunities for service improvement, business growth, and operational efficiency.
