Education:
  • SSC/HSC/Diploma in Electronics, Electrical, Computer, Telecommunication, or any relevant technical field

  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in mobile servicing/repair

  • Candidates with mobile servicing training/certification will get preference

Additional Requirements:
  • Strong knowledge of Android and iOS devices troubleshooting

  • Skilled in hardware repairing, flashing, software installation, and fault diagnosis

  • Experience in motherboard repairing and soldering will be an advantage

  • Ability to work under pressure and maintain service deadlines

  • Good communication and customer handling skills

  • Basic knowledge of MS Office and service reporting systems

  • Honest, responsible, and team-oriented mindset

  • Willingness to work in service center and field support activities if required



Responsibilities & Context:
  • Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair smartphones and mobile devices

  • Handle hardware and software related issues efficiently

  • Perform motherboard troubleshooting, component replacement, and soldering work

  • Install firmware, software updates, and mobile operating systems

  • Ensure quality repair service within assigned turnaround time (TAT)

  • Conduct testing and quality checks after repair/service completion

  • Maintain service records, repair reports, and inventory updates

  • Communicate with customers regarding device issues and service status

  • Follow company SOPs, safety standards, and technical guidelines

  • Coordinate with service center team and management for smooth operations
