Responsibilities & Context:
∎ • This position will supervise a team and manage overall call center activities of a respective region.
∎ • Call Center team leader is overall responsible to ensure customer satisfaction by providing reliable, prompt, and friendly service.
∎ • Good understanding in workforce management.
∎ • Outstanding collaboration and co-ordination capacity across team.
∎ • Must be KPI driven.
∎ • Handling Customer Queries.
∎ • Take & reply messages.
∎ • Replying Corporate Mail and relationship buildup with customer.
∎ • Provide information over phone.
∎ • Provide remote support.
∎ • Manage Customer Sales/Service Requirement.
∎ • Handling online issues and pass it to concern department.
∎ • General administrative and office support.
