Job Context:
∎ Integra Technologies Limited (ITL), an ICT base company, started journey in the year 1991. ITL, a one stop solution center in digital communication sector for ensuring IT infrastructure in government and private sector with end to end connectivity.

∎ ITL is providing quality products and services through its inbuilt standard "Supply Chain Management" and "Systems Integration" (SI) contrivance. ∎ To work on optimizing current processes, tools and procedures to ensure smooth team operations and effective collaboration. Pre-sales Team Lead will take a strategic role by liaising regional business plans and goals with development and product teams.
∎ The Team Leader of Pre-sales, works closely with the sales team and transversally with other units (Operations/Technical/Product/Marketing) on key business opportunities, proposals and pitches for the business. Work closely and collaboratively with customers to devise effective solutions making sure to deliver on the customer`s requirements. The Team Lead of Pre-sales also ensures the contract is profitable based on the pricing set by sales.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Lead and manages members of the Pre-Sales team to over-achieve on the defined sales and renewal targets.
∎ Oversee the development and mentoring of Pre-Sales team members.
∎ Collaborate with sales Managers & Product Managers to assign resources to opportunities, define/execute account, and deal strategy.
∎ Drive sales best practice cycle and ensures all steps are completed.
∎ Leverages broad solution knowledge to assist with creative solution development, ensuring delivery of the most competitive, value-based solutions can offer to meet customer objectives.
∎ Performs customer Discovery by leveraging a repeatable process to identify and document business goals and desired outcomes for the programs.
∎ Recommend program best practices and perform product demonstrations that highlight how solutions help our customers achieve their desired business outcomes.
∎ Delivers and coaches the team to deliver compelling customer demonstrations that showcase the capabilities of the solutions and areas of greatest value and ROI based on specific customer requirements and needs.
∎ Generates detailed business reports and action plans identifying areas of strengths and weaknesses within the customers/prospects operational and business processes clearly identifying where the Company can offer operational excellence and bring clear business advantage.
