Educational Requirements:
∎ Candidate should be graduate from any recognized university having major in Finance/ Accounting/ Banking/ Marketing/ Commerce/ Business Administration or any other relevant disciplines with minimum CGPA of 3.00 (applicable to 4.00 scales) in all academic records.
∎ Conditions may be relaxed for experienced candidates.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Selling of company's financial liability products and supervising Deposit Associate Team to achieve challenging sales targets.
∎ Managing and coordination of sales and service-related activities.
∎ Undertake major initiatives to achieve set target.
∎ Achieve individual and team annual sales target.
∎ Maintaining & developing relationships with existing & potential clients.
∎ Looking for new opportunities.
∎ Ensure proper documentation.
∎ Ensure collection of all authentic documents from the respective clients
∎ Work closely with liability marketing functions in the company to improve overall deposit collection.
∎ Communicate with customers and potential customers for sales opportunities and help organize sales promotions.
∎ Ensure compliance for preventing money laundering.
∎ Lead team members towards achievement of the targets set by the management from time to time.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 5 years' experience in the relevant field is mandatory for this post.
∎ Excellent communication skills with salesmanship aptitude.
∎ Pro-active, ability to work hard under pressure, strong willingness for visits to different places & clients and willingness to accept challenges.
∎ Computer skill is a must.
∎ Product / Business knowledge.
