Educational Requirements:
∎ Candidate should have BBA/MBA degree in Business discipline like Accounting, Banking, Finance, Business Management etc. from any recognized university.
∎ Professional qualifications like ACA/FCA/CIA/CISA/CMA/ACCA will be given preference.

∎ At least 6 year(s)

Job Context:
∎ IIDFC is looking for young, energetic and self-driven individuals among Bangladeshi citizens with good educational background from a recognized university and impressive track record, who can take up the challenges for a successful career in the following position.
∎ Job Location: Head Office

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Developing the annual ICC work plan that reflects the NBFI's highest risks that will be monitored by compliance function.
∎ Shall be responsible for conducting Internal Audits and overall function of ICC Division.
∎ Managing External Stakeholders, Audit Committee and the Board of Directors.
∎ Run ICC Division complying Core Risk Management guidelines as set by Bangladesh Bank.
∎ Maintaining current knowledge of laws and regulations, keeping abreast of recent changes.
∎ Keep constant follow-up on resolutions of audit findings.
∎ Address issues relating to the work of Risk, Legal and Compliance and other control related activities.
∎ Conduct risk assessments and provide update on risk management status of the financial institution to mitigate identified risks.
∎ Ensure adequate and effective internal control system and assist the management in formulating pertinent policies and operational procedure of the company.
∎ Recommend security measures to prevent fraudulence and risk-reduction solution.
∎ Any other responsibilities as and when required by the management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 6(Six) years of working experience in any reputed NBFI/Bank with 2 years as Head /Deputy Head of ICC.
∎ Good spoken and written command in English language.
∎ Sound Knowledge in Microsoft-Office and other basic operations of computer.
∎ Analytical and problem solving skills.
∎ Should possess positive attitude & team spirit.
∎ Ability to work under pressure and to achieve set target.
∎ Ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks.
