Job Context:
∎ We are looking for a Data and Analytics Manager who possesses a passion for Business Analytics technologies and will work with next advance analytical model, KPI development and manage BI-DW platforms.
∎ Data and Analytics team member need to manage the process of gathering, analyzing, inspecting, and transforming data into meaningful content with the intention of deriving conclusions and helping with decision making.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ • Lead a team of data modeling, ETL and visualization resources pool and ensure the continuous delivery and support for analytics related solution and new requirements.
∎ • Work with business engagement leads, delivery leads, data scientists, visualization specialists to understand and elaborate business problems : design KPIs (as appropriate), wireframes and/or define hypotheses for performing EDA
∎ • Understand data sources, assess data, work with business teams to develop ETL/ELT process, data treatment and data aggregation rules and accordingly clean, treat, aggregate & prepare data
∎ • Develop and test QlikView, Qliksense, PowerBI dashboard, reports, scripts and/or develop & test machine learning models and/or perform exploratory data analysis
∎ • Develop SQL queries and stored procedures to support the dashboards and validate queries written by colleagues
∎ • Present results and insights to business stakeholders and drive consumption
∎ • Drive innovation through research, experimentation on new data/tools/techniques, application of those learnings to solve existing and new problems
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 23 to 58 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ • 6+ yrs. of experience in the field of data, analytics, BI
∎ • Hands-on experience
∎ o Business stakeholder and team management
∎ o with visualization tools – Qlikview, Qliksense, PowerBI
∎ o ETL tools – Informatica, shell scripting
∎ o advanced SQL and query optimization: relational databases and/or big data environments
∎ o data models like Star Schema, Snowflake schema
∎ • Prior experience of working in teams involving various data and visualization, data scientists, UI/UX experts, end users: multi-geography, multi-functional teams
∎ • Strong communication – written and oral skills
