Job Context:
∎ SAFEGUARDING RESPONSIBILITIES:
∎ Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme`s goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so.
∎ JOB PURPOSE: Produce remedial research report and develop a conceptual framework for the remedial learning.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Plan, coordinate and guide the Desk Research including review documents
∎ Review documents and sources for the desk research for remedial learning
∎ Situation Analysis through observation
∎ Plan, organize, and conduct FGDs, seminars, workshops with related stakeholders
∎ Communication and collaboration with sector partners, NGO personnel of different levels.
∎ Assess the learners
∎ Finalize the research report
∎ Develop a conceptual framework for remedial learning
Additional Requirements:
∎ Good materials development skills blending concept and participatory teaching methods in primary and secondary levels.
∎ Good oral and writing skills both Bangla and English.
∎ Analytical and problem solving skills.
∎ Sound knowledge of education for developing teaching and learning materials for primary and secondary levels.
∎ Sound knowledge of education system of Bangladesh and Myanmar.
∎ At least Five years' experience in Development sector. Working experience in Education sector will get preference.
