Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations are exceeded.
∎ First Contact Person: Serve as the initial point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, concerns, and requests promptly and professionally.
∎ Work Order Management: Efficiently handle and manage work orders from initiation to completion, ensuring quality and timeliness.
∎ Vendor Management: Collaborate with and manage vendors to ensure projects are executed according to specifications and within deadlines.
∎ Quality Assurance: Maintain a high standard of work quality, ensuring that all property preservation work meets or exceeds industry standards.
∎ Project Coordination: Coordinate all aspects of property preservation projects, including scheduling, materials procurement, and site inspections.
∎ Reporting: Generate regular reports on project progress, key performance indicators, and client feedback.
∎ Compliance: Ensure that all work complies with relevant industry regulations and standards.
∎ Essential​ Duties &​ Responsibilities:
∎ The essential functions include but are not limited to the following:
