∎ 4 to 6 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Conduct & review Training Needs (functional, behavioral, leadership, etc) and review and finalize the Training Calendar for the assigned population
∎ Work closely with functional leads to understand the functional learning needs, study the offerings from e-learning catalogs such as Udemy, Coursera, Linkedin learning and suggest the most effective courses based on the Banglalink Individual Development Plan catalog
∎ Work closely with functions/Subject matter experts on areas of learnings that can be translated into digital learning solutions and support in preparing interactive learning that is visual and can translate as meaningful to end users
∎ Ensure that optimum learning engagements (virtually and classroom) using gamification & digital engagement tools, impactful communication materials (static, video), and driving both company-wide and role-wise campaigns to engage the hybrid (virtual + classroom) learner
∎ Constantly seek new learning interventions (e-learning, digital knowledge dissemination, workshops, seminars, certifications, etc.) locally and internationally in order to deliver the future digital vision of the company
∎ · Create a future-focused and effective learning eco-system, which inspires and enables impactful development experiences and shifts in learning mindsets and behaviors by continuously benchmarking industry L&D best practices and adapting to modern learning methodologies (mobile learning, blending learning)
Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 4-6 years of relevant experience
∎ Sound knowledge of different functions of the organization
∎ Advance know-how of MS Office Applications
∎ Experience in video and audio editing
∎ Strong negotiation and stakeholder management
∎ Good knowledge of Learning management systems
∎ Thorough knowledge of talent management
∎ Must be a quick learner and strong ability to adapt in a new situation
∎ Thorough knowledge of evaluating training programs
∎ Facilitation skills
∎ Significant experience with effective learning and development methods
∎ Experience in project management and budgeting
