∎ Position: Systems Support Engineer (Virtualization & Cloud)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Configure, Install, maintain & troubleshoot Virtualization system and solutions.
∎ Support all related components of Virtual Environment (e.g VMware vCenter, vSphere/ESXi, vSan, SRM, NSX, etc.)
∎ and Operating Systems (e.g. Windows Server, Linux, etc).
∎ Customer Focused (Internal and External), Self motivated, driven by results.
∎ Communicate, escalate, co-ordinate with customers & OEM partners for faster problem resolution.
∎ Customer satisfaction and positive feedback are key performance indicators for individuals.
∎ Good oral & written communication skill is mandatory. Ensure timely response, reporting, and practice good organizational skills.
∎ Learn and remain current in relevant products and technologies.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
