∎ A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.

∎ Age at least 22 years
∎ Proven experience as a System Administrator or similar role.
∎ Strong knowledge of networking concepts and protocols.
∎ Valid CCNA certification is required.
∎ Proficiency in Windows/Linux/Unix operating systems.
∎ Experience with virtualization technologies (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V).
∎ Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) is a plus.
∎ Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
∎ Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
∎ Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
∎ Proven experience with Container platforms (i.e: Docker and similar)
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Manage and maintain servers, networks, and other IT infrastructure components.
∎ Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
∎ Install, configure, and update software and hardware.
∎ Implement and maintain security protocols and policies.
∎ Perform regular system backups and data recovery operations.
∎ Collaborate with the IT team to develop and implement technology solutions.
∎ Provide technical support and training to end-users.
∎ Maintain documentation of IT processes, systems, and configurations.
