Additional Requirements:
- Strong understanding of software testing principles and QA methodologies.
- Hands-on experience with manual testing for web and mobile applications.
- Experience with regression, integration, API, and UAT testing.
- Proficiency with testing and bug-tracking tools (e.g., Jira, TestRail, JMeter, Burp Suite).
- Understanding of Agile/Scrum development processes.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
- Willingness to contribute to continuous QA process improvements.
Nice to Have:
- Experience with test automation frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Cypress).
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, SQL, and HTTP/REST APIs.
- Scripting/programming skills in Python, JavaScript, or Java.
- Familiarity with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI).

Responsibilities & Context:
Job Context:
Ensures high-quality, reliable software by designing and executing test plans, identifying bugs, and collaborating closely with development teams as a skilled QA Engineer.
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and execute test plans and test cases for web and mobile applications.
- Perform functional, regression, integration, performance, cross-browser, and UAT testing.
- Conduct API testing using Postman and REST-assured, validating responses, status codes, and headers.
- Log, track, and verify defects in Jira with detailed reproduction steps and supporting evidence.
- Develop and maintain automated test scripts to improve test coverage and efficiency.
- Validate software functionality, performance, reliability, and alignment with project requirements.
- Collaborate with developers, product managers, and designers to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve issues.
- Participate in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives, contributing QA insights to team decisions.
- Document test results, prepare quality reports, and support test coverage analysis.
- Support continuous improvement of QA processes and best practices.
- Mentor and guide junior and mid-level SQA engineers when needed.
