∎ Preferred Professional Certification: CCNA, MTCNA
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 1 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Planning, Configuring, Maintain & Monitoring ISP core network.
∎ Configure, Maintain & Monitor different brand Router, Switch and Firewall.
∎ Planning, Configuring, Maintain & Monitoring of Fiber optics network (EPON, GPON).
∎ Working with any kind of network troubleshooting and outages issues.
∎ Availability for roster duty and willingness to provide on-site support.
∎ Diagnose and resolve system issues promptly, escalating complex problems to the appropriate team members when necessary.
∎ Perform routine system maintenance tasks, such as updates, patches, and backups.
∎ Monitor system performance and troubleshoot any performance-related issues.
∎ Assist in implementing security measures to protect the organization's data and network.
∎ Collaborate with the IT team to plan and execute system upgrades and migrations.
