Responsibilities & Context:
We are seeking for an individual who will be involved in different IT service-related activities. Candidate should be self-motivated, hardworking and ready to take new challenges.
Performing all service desk activities - call logging, ticket categorizing, incident handling, following-up and ticket closing, maintaining quality customer service.
Computing support to end users regarding OS, network/internet connectivity, software, hardware etc.
Providing L1 administrative support for mail service, end-point solution.
Preparing and delivering IT equipment to end users. Providing L1 support for business applications related issues and escalate to L2 level.
Ensuring data backup & restoration support. Maintaining established process & practices for service management.
Identifying problems and acting for improvement.
Performing regular and ad-hoc operational reporting as required.
Performing scheduled maintenance activity.
Working in shift/ roster.
