• Vendor certification on Microsoft solution/Networking/Server administration (Linux/Windows) will be treated as advantage.

• Good communication skill with decent phone etiquette.

• Ability to provide excellent customer service.

• Positive Team Player attitude.

• Service delivery ownership Willingness to work in any shift/ roster/off-day.

• End user Problem solving related to service.

• We are seeking for an individual who will be involved in different IT service-related activities. Candidate should be self-motivated, hardworking and ready to take new challenges.

• Performing all service desk activities - call logging, ticket categorizing, incident handling, following-up and ticket closing, maintaining quality customer service.

• Computing support to end users regarding OS, network/internet connectivity, software, hardware etc.

• Providing L1 administrative support for mail service, end-point solution.

• Preparing and delivering IT equipment to end users. Providing L1 support for business applications related issues and escalate to L2 level.

• Ensuring data backup & restoration support. Maintaining established process & practices for service management.

• Identifying problems and acting for improvement.

• Performing regular and ad-hoc operational reporting as required.

• Performing scheduled maintenance activity.

• Working in shift/ roster.
