Database Engineer/ Database Programmer, ERP Implementation
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop ERP objectives in alignment with overall company objectives.
∎ Work as a system analyst with key personnel to help define user needs and develop data processing solutions.
∎ Proactively monitor and troubleshoot the company's enterprise software platform.
∎ Develop and present training materials for end users
∎ Create a culture that embraces industry best practices with ERP systems and innovation through collaboration with all internal and external stakeholders.
∎ Apply deep ERP expertise to solve technological problems.
∎ Ensue support in ticketing applications.
