Experience: Minimum 8–10 years of direct experience in Sales and Marketing specifically within the Solar Energy / Renewable Energy industry in Bangladesh.
Preference will be highly given to candidates with an Engineering background (e.g., B.Sc. in EEE / Mechanical / Renewable Energy).
An MBA in Marketing will be considered an added advantage.
Industry Knowledge: Proven track record of closing B2B corporate sales or C&I solar rooftop projects. Sound understanding of solar system basics, net-metering, and financial ROI models for clients.
Skills: Exceptional negotiation, corporate presentation, and communication skills (both in English and Bangla). Strong network within industrial sectors (RMG, textiles, FMCG) is highly desirable.
We are looking for a dynamic, result-oriented Sales & Marketing Professional to spearhead our commercial, industrial (C&I), and institutional solar project pipelines. You will be responsible for driving high-value business development, managing client relationships, and establishing our brand as a top-tier renewable energy partner in Bangladesh.
Key Responsibilities
B2B Business Development: Identify and secure high-capacity solar rooftop, utility-scale, or net-metering project opportunities within industrial zones (textiles, garments, manufacturing) and corporate sectors.
Sales Pipeline Management: Lead the sales lifecycle from lead generation, site assessment coordination, and techno-commercial proposal submission to final contract negotiation and closing.
Market Strategy: Design and execute strategic marketing plans to capture the growing demand for corporate solar installations across industrial clusters in Bangladesh.
Client Relationship Management: Maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, factory owners, EPC contractors, and key stakeholders to secure repeat business and referrals.
Regulatory & Compliance Liaison: Keep up-to-date with SREDA (Sustainable and Renewable Energy Development Authority) guidelines, BPDB/DESCO/BREB net-metering policies, and renewable energy financial incentives to effectively advise clients.
Team Leadership: Guide and mentor, a team of sales executives and engineers to meet monthly and annual targets.
