Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in in CSE / EEE, Telecommunication or a related discipline
Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Be responsible for any kind of troubleshooting in Media Gateway (MGW) and Soft switch (SS) of ZTE / Huawei.
∎ Trained and guide team members and supporting others team about routing, switching, transmission design, optimize and improve performance troubleshooting technique of Juniper, Cisco, Huawei
∎ Be responsible for configuring H.248, MTP2 link and ISUP trunk group.
∎ Be responsible for configuring office and telecom SS7 circuit with other end office.
∎ Be responsible for analyzing route utilization, distribution and quality of traffic, ASR, CER, ACD as well as execute call test.
∎ Be responsible to maintain liaison with all partner's company regarding any kind of network issues.
∎ Maintain all kind of database related with core network.
∎ Change and monitor the routing table as per instruction of line manager.
∎ May be needed to perform night shift duty
∎ Good understanding of SS7, TCP/ IP BGP and Data Communication.
∎ CORE service provisioning network devices like Cisco, Juniper, Huawei Router and switches.
∎ Understanding of SDH/PDH transmission link.
∎ Monitoring and analyzing different types of alarm which are created from soft switch, media gateway, MUX and L3 switch.
∎ Understanding of AC/DC (Telecom) Power system.
∎ Produce and analyze different types of technical reports.
∎ Follow up NSS, Transmission, Datacom network and Power system.
∎ Strong knowledge on MS Office suite.
∎ Collecting data from different departments.
∎ Analyzing data as per preset criteria and presenting analyzed data to top management as require
Additional Requirements:
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
∎ NOC, Core Network, Hardware & IP Networking, Transmission, Network Engineering, The applicants should have experience in the Telecommunication area(s)
∎ Experience with all layer 3 routing protocols ( BGP, MPLS, VPN )
∎ Possess vendor certification from Cisco, Juniper, Redhat, CCNA, CCNP etc.
∎ Knowledge of PHP, Bootstrap, CSS, PHP,HTML
