• Flexible with shifting and holiday duty.

• Experience with Reve Class 5 Softswitch is preferred.

• Experience with overall IPTSP network and Call Flow.

• Experience with TDM circuit and media gateway will be an added advantage.

• Experience with installing, commissioning, and troubleshooting Asterisk based PBX, Call Center i.e. Issabel, Elastix, Vicidial, FXS and FSO GW etc.

• Providing support to retail and corporate subscribers for different IPTSP Products.

• Technical meetings with customers and ability to prepare customized solutions as per customer`s requirements.

• Manage IPTSP infrastructures.

• Coordinating and Corporate communication with ICX and other ANS for Short Code, LTFS.

• Designing and Diagram for IP Telephony Solutions.

• Linux Server Side Hardware Configuration and Implementation, OS Installation, Firewall Implementation of OS & troubleshooting.

• Manage and Configure FXO/FXS Gateway, Elastix/Issabel IP-PBX, ViciDial, Grandstream IP-PBX, Yeastar IP-PBX, FXO/FXS gateway, Legacy system integration etc.

• Daily system monitoring and reporting.

• Official document/report preparation.

• Other departmental work where necessary.
