∎ Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).

∎ Hands-on development experience.
∎ Strong leadership and communication skills.
∎ Proficient with agile methodologies and tools.
∎ Strong analytical and documentation skills.
∎ Familiarity with ERP, BPMN, and agile workflows.
∎ Excellent communication with both technical and non-technical teams.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Design scalable and robust system architectures for enterprise solutions.
∎ Define architectural blueprints, technical standards, and tools.
∎ Guide development teams on best practices and architectural alignment.
∎ Ensure system scalability, security, and performance.
∎ Evaluate new technologies and drive technical innovation.
∎ Mentor developers and foster a collaborative environment.
∎ Oversee code quality and conduct reviews.
∎ Gather and document business requirements and use cases.
∎ Translate business needs into functional specifications.
∎ Support development and QA teams throughout the project lifecycle.
∎ Analyze current processes and suggest improvements.
