Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in EEE, Bachelor of Science (BSc) in CSE, Bachelor of Science (BSc) in ICT, Bachelor of Science (BSc) in ETE, Bachelor of Science (BSc) in EECE
∎ B.Sc in EEE/CSE/ETE/ICT/EECE.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 18 to 40 years
∎ (Any of the following set of skills will give an added advantage to the applicants)
∎ To design and implement new server or storage infrastructure, as well as provide day-to-day monitoring, capacity planning, and management of the existing estate, To evaluate and apply any necessary operating system security patches, hotfixes, service packs, and hardware updates, Experience in installing, supporting and maintaining server and storage hardware, Hands on experience in working with Microsoft Active Directory Services, Hands on experience & good knowledge of DNS Server solutions, Install and Troubleshoot OS, e.g. Windows Server 2019 / 2016, RHEL, HP-UX & Other Unix, Developing and deploying customized VMware/virtual box/Hyper-V solutions, Troubleshooting and resolving VMware environment issues, Configure maintenance & troubleshoot of enterprise storage solutions.
∎ Installation configuration of Red Hat Linux and experience managing server using command lines, VMware ESX Management and Troubleshooting, Intermediate knowledge of Switching and VLAN, NIC Teaming, Experience in VMware Guests, Templates, P2V, Capacity Planner, VMotion, DRS, etc, Basic working knowledge of SAN, Troubleshooting Hardware and Operating system related issues, Patch administration, and deployment, MCP (in Server OS) or MCSE preferred, VMware ESX /VSphere)support Experience, VCP certification, Experience in high-level diagnostics & troubleshooting of VMware ESX, Excellent troubleshooting and System Administration skills on VMware products and tools, HA engineering for architecture on VMware, DRS cluster environment, OS / Patch Release management, and maintenance configuration of Central ESX OS image, Problem Management on VMware ESX 4.1 & 5.0 and Virtual Center 4.1 & 5.0, Experience in performance tuning of VMware servers and Virtual sessions and management of servers resources between virtual machines, Experience in backup and recovery of Virtual machines and virtual servers, Experience in P2V, VMotion and VMware virtual center, Good Understanding of virtualization technology.
∎ Designing and implementing new network solutions and/or improving the efficiency of current networks, Installing, configuring, and supporting network equipment including routers, proxy servers, switches, WAN accelerators, DNS and DHCP, Hands-on experience, and good knowledge of MPLS, VPN, Tunneling, Good knowledge of IPS & IDS solutions, Hands on experience of ACL & QoS, Procuring network equipment and managing subcontractors involved with network installation, Configuring firewalls, routing and switching to maximize network efficiency and security, Maximizing network performance through ongoing monitoring and troubleshooting, Arranging scheduled upgrades, Investigating faults in the network, Updating network equipment to the latest firmware releases, establish the networking environment by designing system configuration, directing system installation and defining, documenting and enforcing system standards.
Salary:
∎ Tk. 30000 - 60000 (Monthly)
∎ Salary will be fixed based on experience and skill

∎ Work place will be within Dhaka City.
∎ Note: No Medical facilities/food allowance will be given
