∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ Practical knowledge on CCTV/Camera/Scanner equipment installation, O&M support.
∎ Practical knowledge on Cellular/Satellite/Optical Fiber Network Maintenance Support.
∎ Practical knowledge on Optical Fiber Cable Splicing, Testing, and Fault Diagnosis.
∎ Practical knowledge on Server and Network Maintenance Support, with a strong understanding of network troubleshooting techniques.
∎ In-depth knowledge of Network Infrastructure Devices such as Routers, Switches, OLT, and Firewalls.
∎ Experience in performing root cause analysis for network issues and implement corrective actions for service restoration.
∎ Experience in troubleshooting network connectivity, performance, and hardware failures, including resolving issues related to bandwidth, latency, and signal quality.
∎ Experience in using network monitoring tools to proactively identify issues and optimize network performance.
∎ Experience in electrical operation and maintenance of all types of electrical drives, panel boards, motor controls, normal lighting, and other electrical installations. Hands-on experience with Substation, HT- LT Panel, ATS panel, PFI panel, AC- DC Motor, AVR, Diesel Generator, Solar Plant, UPS, MDB, DB, SDB, DPDC - DESCO Connection and different type of Controlling and Automation.
∎ Knowledge in code of practices such as BNBC, NEC, IEC and ensure compliance to these codes and local authority requirements
∎ Experience in preparing and updating electrical drawings, specifications and maintaining high-quality documentation with Effective Communication and Interpersonal skills.
∎ Hands-on experience in the field of HVAC Systems. Able to trouble shoot any type chiller and VRF problems. Having knowledge of chiller operation, able to test run & commissioning the chiller and VRF systems.
∎ Experience in checking and reviewing SLD and detail drawings (ACAD and hardcopies).
∎ Hands on experience on keeping records of the tasks, which will be the basis for troubleshooting later and may also impact the warranty claims.
∎ Knowledge and experience in air conditioning - installing/planning the air conditioning systems of buildings such as chilled water system & VFR system.
∎ Having experience for the Installation, Maintenance and Service of different types of elevators/lift, ensuring compliance with safety standards.
∎ Experience in Carrying out all Mechanical Works and equipment installation activities.
∎ Candidates must have mindset to be employed for long term (at least for 5 to 7 years)
