Education:
∎ Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical & Electronics Engineering (EEE)/ Computer Science & Engineering (CSE)/ Electronic and Telecommunication Engineering (ETE)/ Information and Communication Technology (ICT)/ Electrical, Electronics, and Communication Engineering (EECE) from any reputed university of Bangladesh.

∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ Strong knowledge of IP subnetting, Mikrotik firewall configuration, NAT, port forwarding, and various bandwidth control methods.
∎ Strong knowledge of networking protocols (TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, etc.) and network hardware (routers, switches, OLT, firewalls)
∎ Configure and Troubleshoot Layer 2 and Layer 3 VPN. Configure Customer Network Devices.
∎ Experience with network monitoring and management tools.
∎ Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
∎ Strong knowledge of FTTx Network (Different brand OLT,ONU configuration and Troubleshoot).
∎ Excellent interpersonal, communication and people management skills, strong sense of team spirit and responsibility.
∎ Design, configure, and manage ISP network infrastructure including routers, switches, OLT, firewalls, and load balancers.
∎ Develop and troubleshoot Internet and data connectivity solutions for corporate, retail and banking customers.
∎ Meet with customers to gather requirements and provide solutions both over the phone and in person.
∎ Facilities maintenance, running health check and security of system.
∎ Plan and manage router, switch, and backbone capacity resources.
∎ Perform regular system upgrades and maintenance tasks.
∎ Other tasks assigning by the team lead.
∎ Threat Detection & Incident Response: Expertise in identifying, analyzing, and managing security incidents, including triage, containment, eradication, and recovery.
∎ Security Monitoring Tools: Proficient in using SIEM tools (Splunk, QRadar, ArcSight) and EDR solutions (CrowdStrike, Carbon Black), with skills in network monitoring tools like Wireshark.
∎ Malware Analysis & Forensics: Knowledge of malware analysis and digital forensics using tools like FTK, EnCase, or Autopsy for analyzing malicious artifacts.
∎ Network & Endpoint Security: Strong understanding of network protocols, packet analysis, IDS/IPS, and securing endpoints.
∎ Scripting & Automation: Ability to automate tasks with scripting languages (Python, PowerShell) and familiarity with SOAR platforms like Demisto and Phantom.
∎ Vulnerability Management: Experience with vulnerability scanners (Nessus, Qualys), vulnerability assessment, and patch management.
∎ Threat Intelligence: Knowledge of threat intelligence platforms and the MITRE ATT&CK framework, with skills in analyzing threat indicators and producing reports.
∎ Security Frameworks & Compliance: Familiarity with cybersecurity frameworks (NIST, ISO 27001) and compliance standards (PCI-DSS, GDPR, HIPAA), including conducting security audits.
∎ Communication & Reporting: Strong skills in documenting incidents, creating reports, executive summaries, and maintaining incident response playbooks.
∎ Certifications & Experience: Relevant certifications like CompTIA Security+, CEH, GCIA, GCIH, OSCP, or CISSP with hands-on SOC experience.
∎ Candidates must have mindset to be employed for long term (at least for 5 to 7 years)
