Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Computer Science & Engineering
∎ Certification in Cisco and/or Juniper Datacom Products
∎ Understanding Database & Billing of internet services
∎ Experiences in Content, VAS & Web based Services Integration
∎ Preferred Professional Certification: CCNA, CCNP, RHCE Certification is Must.

∎ At least 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Experience in Datacom, Transmission & IP Access Technologies
∎ Clear understanding and work experiences in IP Network Design, IP Planning, Routing & Switching Protocols such as TCP/IP, OSPF, BGP, VPN, EIGRP, STP. FIREWALL/Network Security, VLAN/WAN etc.
∎ Great leadership and influencing skills and must have managed, coached and led skilled technical team
∎ Experiences in TCP/IP-based services, including DNS, DHCP, WEB, Proxy and Gateway
∎ Ensure deployment & operation of technical operation with current challenges in the competitive market.
∎ Capabilities in technology innovation to challenge market competitions.
∎ Interface with team members in Network Engineering, Network Operations and Product Management departments to access and manage network status and customer traffic usage data
∎ Develop tools to model and manage network congestion based on current customer commitments and future pipeline opportunities
∎ As customers ramp into the network, use actual usage statistics gathered over time to validate predictive models, making capacity adjustments as required
∎ Working with Operations and Product Management, establish baseline contention ratios based on region and market verticals served.
∎ Develop a reporting capability and processes that provide Product Management and Customer Services Engineering with regular status updates of IP capacity (Mbps) utilized vs. capacity available to service new opportunities
∎ Experience configuring and maintaining content delivery systems such as caches, streamers, origin servers, request routing systems, load balancers, aggregation systems, etc.
∎ Familiarity with internet caching technologies and/or global CDNs (Akamai, LimeLight, EdgeCast, etc.)
∎ Mentoring to subordinate colleagues/technicians, conducting trainings and presentations for fellow engineers.
∎ Prepares users by designing and conducting training programs; providing references and support.
∎ Has to be team player with strong interpersonal skill, regular reporting skills, and must have customer first attitude and interest in learning new technologies.
∎ NOC Support, highest priority Trouble Ticket handling, fault recognition and troubleshooting.
∎ Ensure 24/7 (roster duty/NOC support) uninterrupted support to client.

∎ Age 30 to 35 years

∎ working experience in Nation wide ISP is mandatory.
