∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science
∎ Minimum Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science/ Engineering/ Information Technology or related fields from any reputed university.
∎ Other educational degree will be relaxed based on experiences.
∎ Professional Certification i.e. RHCE, RHCSA, CompTIA, CCNA, MCSA/MCSE)) will be given preferences.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Must have minimum 3 years’ experience on Server Maintenance, networked computer system, including hardware, system software.
∎ Strong knowledge of VMware, Server, Storage, Network attach Storage, Back-Up system or equivalent is needed
∎ Knowledge on operating systems; current equipment and technologies, enterprise backup and recovery procedures, system performance-monitoring tools, active directories, HTTP traffic
∎ Strong knowledge of implementing and effectively developing helpdesk and IT operations best practices, including expert knowledge of security, storage, data protection, and disaster recovery protocols

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Perform Server administration tasks, including user/group administration, security permissions, group policies, print services, research event log warnings and errors, and resource monitoring, ensuring system architecture components work together seamlessly.
∎ Monitor datacenter health using preexisting management tools and respond to hardware issues as they arise; help build, test, and maintain new servers as needed.
∎ Maintain internal infrastructure requirements including, laptop and desktop computers, servers, printers, IP phones, security updates; support internet & intranet.
∎ Responsible for the configuration, Maintenance, troubleshooting and reliable operation of computer systems, network servers.
∎ Install and upgrade computer components and software, manage virtual servers, and integrate automation processes.
∎ Troubleshoot hardware and software errors by running diagnostics, documenting problems and resolutions, prioritizing problems, and assessing impact of issues.
