Education:
∎ Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical & Electronics Engineering (EEE)/ Computer Science & Engineering (CSE)/ Electronic and Telecommunication Engineering (ETE)/ Information and Communication Technology (ICT)/ Electrical, Electronics, and Communication Engineering (EECE) from any reputed university of Bangladesh.

∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ Operating Systems: Expertise in Linux/Unix (Red Hat, Ubuntu, CentOS) and Windows Server environments (Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP).
∎ Network Administration: Deep understanding of network protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, HTTP, FTP, SNMP). Experience configuring and managing routers, switches, firewalls, and network monitoring tools. Familiarity with VPNs, VLANs, subnetting, and load balancing.
∎ Virtualization & Cloud: Proficiency in virtualization platforms like VMware, Hyper-V, or KVM. Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform. Knowledge of containerization technologies like Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes.
∎ Server & Storage Management: Skills in managing physical and virtual servers (like DELL EMC), including installation, configuration, and troubleshooting. Experience with backup and recovery solutions (Veeam, Acronis, Commvault) and SAN/NAS storage systems.
∎ Scripting & Automation: Ability to automate administrative tasks using PowerShell, Bash, Python, or similar scripting languages. Familiarity with infrastructure automation tools like Ansible, Puppet, or Chef.
∎ Security & Compliance: Knowledge of security best practices (firewall rules, intrusion detection, system hardening). Experience implementing access control, security patches, and updates. Understanding of compliance standards (e.g., ISO 27001, GDPR, HIPAA) and experience in managing audit requirements.
∎ Database Management: Basic understanding of database administration (MySQL, PostgreSQL, SQL Server, Oracle). Experience in database backup, recovery, and performance tuning.
∎ Monitoring & Performance Tuning: Proficiency with monitoring tools like Nagios, Zabbix, Prometheus, or SolarWinds. Skills in system performance analysis, capacity planning, and resource optimization.
∎ User Support & Troubleshooting: Strong problem-solving skills for diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and network issues. Excellent communication skills for interacting with end-users and providing technical support.
∎ Certifications & Experience: Relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+, CompTIA Network+, CompTIA Security+, Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate, MCSA, MCSE, RHCSA, or RHCE.
∎ Candidates must have mindset to be employed for long term (at least for 5 to 7 years)
