∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Floor/ Line Management, Inspection, Production, Production Management (Finishing), Quality Control/ Audit, Sweater Factory
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Sweater Industry

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Plan and draw up a production schedule.
∎ Monitor production processes and adjust schedules as needed.
∎ Oversight of maintenance team and organize the repair of any damaged equipment.
∎ Work with quality team to meet customers' quality standards.
∎ Monitor and analyze efficiency reports.
∎ Supervise workers and periodically review worker performance .
∎ Oversee all sections in the sweater value chain including knitting, linking, trimming/ mending, iron, wash and finishing.
