∎ The individual will know and understands the industrial & commercial market size and trend, has very close contact with consultants and management of fire and security companies
∎ Must have the hunger to promote and sell new product lines that are International State-Of-The-Art, High End Brands.

∎ A loyal, proven and promising individual who would show great results in the first year, would be sent Overseas for products training and certifications.
∎ Sales commission would be fixed upon negotiation.
∎ Candidate must be of presentable look, knows how to approach, speak in English, well dressed and has good etiquette.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Have very clear Understand of Bangladesh Fire Protection & Security market. Knows well key players of Fire Alarm, Fire Pumps, fire doors, cables and different Valves sellers, their brands and country of origin.
∎ Responsible for targeted revenue generation across products and regions and ensure quarterly growth.
∎ Monitor and report to management - the market pricing trend, brands used in market.
∎ Develop sales strategy and plan the sales process management, forecasting, pricing, key account management, expenses, profitability, new product development, market research and brand strategy.
∎ Quarterly/ bi-yearly review service performance of Managers and deputies. Check on gaps in performance and seek reasons and actionable steps to close the gaps
∎ Ensure the confidentiality of the customer list, mailing lists and other sensitive company information.
∎ Motivate and monitor sales representatives and branch offices on marketing and sales activities
∎ Coordinate with administration, commercial and factory departments to ensure timely orders, and smooth function of action in the system.
∎ Update management on business process and operating plan and profitability
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 34 to 43 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum 7 / 8 years' experience in the Business Development & Sales field of HVAC business segment.
∎ Ability to deal with Architects, MEP consultants, HVAC companies and Project Owners in order to sell products.
∎ Responsible for developing business relationship between company and concerned parties.
∎ Identify and develop ongoing and upcoming opportunities.
∎ Ability to build long lasting relationship with consultants and clients and enhance customer satisfaction through better understanding of their specific requirements
∎ Ability to track the progress of weekly, monthly, quarterly & annual objectives.
∎ Coordinate daily customer service operations.
∎ Communicate with clients and evaluate their needs on regular basis and put it on record.
∎ Create reports, analyze and interpret retail data, like revenue, expense and status after product sold.
∎ Any other duties assigned by the company when deemed necessary related with sales & marketing.
∎ Must be a skilled negotiator, and close business deals on his own.
∎ Good communication ability English language.
∎ A team player.
∎ Quick learner.
∎ Process Oriented, Able to set up smooth process for business operation.
∎ Ability to plan strategically in order to ensure participation.
∎ Must know XL and Word. Priority on Power Point Presentation, Email, Dropbox, Skydrive, Google sheets & docs.
