∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Fire Safety and Security System/ HVAC/ MEP will get preference
∎ Dynamic and self- motivated with high personal Integrity and Loyalty.
∎ Smart, energetic and willing to work under pressure.
∎ Excellent interpersonal skill.
∎ Fluent in English and Bengali
∎ Develop and design presentations -primarily in PowerPoint
∎ Computer knowledge in Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point, Auto-CAD, internet etc.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Achieve Corporate Sales target and Market Share in Private and Government Institutions by effective management.
∎ Planning for monthly and yearly corporate sales target & setting strategy to achieve.
∎ Increase the new customer base and maintain strong business relation with customer by visit/telephonic/ written communication.
∎ Ability to think strategically and to scope tasks and set goals.
∎ Maintain continuous liaison with Clients, Consultants, Contractors, Government utility, etc. for getting new order and better business supports.
∎ Manage Technical and Financial bid meeting qualification criteria before participating any tender.
∎ Should have the ability to develop ideas and strategies to improve business and meet the company objective through achievements.
∎ To take responsibility to achieve targets both-in Sales and Collection
∎ To apply different tools & techniques to achieve the sales target.
∎ Provide market intelligence report to support business & strategic planning.
∎ Weekly & monthly sales report preparation.
∎ Willing to work under pressure.
∎ Regular & systematic credits follow
