• Proven experience in Priority Banking/ Retail Asset Products.
• Experience in banking, with a focus on high-net-worth clients and priority banking services.
• Strong understanding of banking regulations, compliance, and market dynamics.
• Ability to develop and execute successful marketing strategies.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
• Proven track record of as a team player in a similar role.
• No 3rd class will be accepted.

• Assist in developing new product ideas with value proposition to cater the changing customer needs maintaining strict compliance to regulatory guidelines.

• Develop and assist product pricing and positioning strategy taking into account risk, profitability, business expansion plan and peer products/ competitor analysis.

• Contribute preparing relevant Product Promotion Guide (PPGs) in close coordination with the business units/ divisions.

• Help in designing new product/re-designing existing products with cross-selling strategies for targeted customers and get it approved from the top Management/ Board.

• Support in designing and arranging campaigns in coordination with PR/ Branding team and other product management team members.

• Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly reporting to top management on product wise business tracking and profitability with target.
