- Proven experience of at least 6 years in Retail Banking.
- Excellent Customer Service skills.
- Strong understanding of banking regulations, compliance, and market dynamics.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful marketing strategies.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.

Responsibilities & Context:
To lead and look after the overall Business, Operation and Compliance of the centre.
To develop and execute individual high net worth customer specific business strategy/plan considering his preference, growth potential and bank’s risk appetite·
Proactively cross sell other types of commercial banking product and service including credit cards·
Procure new business through customer acquisition and manage relationships with existing customers·
Deliver high level of customer satisfaction through tailored solutions according to client needs and ensure customer retention·
To work closely with internal stakeholders such as business team, treasury and operations to ensure the Centre portfolio meets planned revenue and volume projections·
Resolving customers complaints and issues efficiently and in a timely manner·
To assess and manage the potential risks by performing individual customers due diligence in compliance with all statutory and regulatory requirements as well as the Bank’s internal procedure/manuals·
Periodical business position tracking with target, analysis and reporting
