Responsibilities & Context:
Provide one stop financial solution to the high net worth customers with specific focus on deposit product marketing·
Proactively cross sell other types of commercial banking product and service including credit cards·
Procure new business through customer acquisition and manage relationships with existing customers·
Provide sound financial advises and dispensing customized solutions in alignment with the bank`s standards and industry regulations·
Deliver high level of customer satisfaction through tailored solutions according to client needs and ensure customer retention·
Resolving customers complaints and issues efficiently and in a timely manner
