Job Responsibilities:
∎ Installing, configuring and maintenance computer (Desktop/Laptop) hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, scanners and other IT appliances.
∎ Knowledge of Cisco and Mikrotik is mandatory.
∎ Perform troubleshooting of the software to solve problems at the user end as and when required.
∎ Maintain LAN and internet connectivity products and their installation and configuration, diagnose and resolve computer and network/connectivity problems.
∎ CCTV and IP Camera establishment and maintenance.
∎ Basic Knowledge in Hardware & Software and Multimedia & IT support for any kind of function.
∎ Executes established best practices for security and compliance policies and provides training and guidance to users.
∎ Assist in business process re-engineering within the company to help maximizing productivity, minimizing effort, saving time, reducing error and improving control.
∎ Any other relate job(s) as assign by the management time to time.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 30 years
∎ Work location would be at factory
∎ Pleasing personality, ability to deal with the customers with a positive attitude.
∎ Ability to foster a cooperative work environment.
∎ Smart in situation handling.
∎ Excellent interpersonal skill.
∎ Competency in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook.
∎ Must have good communication skill.
