Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in EEE, CSC, CSE

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Call Center, Customer Service

Job Responsibilities:
∎ 24/7 roster duty of monitoring NOC and customer care.
∎ Manage a large number of user supports for OS and application troubleshooting with online ticketing system.
∎ Monitor and analyze system logs, server health check and Data Center environment check in daily basis.
∎ Handle and resolve the customers inquire promptly over telephone, issue ticket in CRM system and close ticket after resolving the issue.
∎ Professionally communicate with vendor and ISP for any troubleshooting.
∎ Troubleshooting LAN, WAN and Internet communication system.
∎ Monitor network, servers and storage systems to ensure uptime and efficient resolution of issues.
∎ Respond to service calls.
∎ Maintaining power generator, UPS systems, PDU, surge protectors etc. by efficiently managing the regular service related works with vendors.
∎ Execute quarterly, annual, bi-annual, tri-annual inspections report and health check by calling supplier's service team or expertise.
∎ Assume responsibilities in oil and filter changes and coolant flush and refill for generator, AC etc.
∎ Available for emergency on-call and shift work including midnights, weekends.
∎ Help create and/or provide feedback on Data Center procedures.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Strong knowledge in computer HW, Operating system & networks
∎ Network troubleshooting using various tools
∎ Strong understanding of network layer & protocols, LAN, WAN and related configurations
∎ Ability to face new technology challenges.
∎ Able to work in adverse situation.
∎ Must be fluent in speaking, writing in English.
∎ Must be very good in email writing and communication over telephone.
∎ Must be customer centric attitude.
∎ Strong communication skill (both verbal and written)
∎ Interpersonal skills to interact with customers and team members.
∎ Organizational skills to balance and prioritize work.
∎ Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
∎ Willingness to enhance existing skill set.
