∎ Diploma/ B.Sc in Computer Science and Engineering

Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 2 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): IT System Management

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Visit Client Location to Provide Software Support.
∎ Client Support Over Phone.
∎ Provide Training to Client.
∎ Hardware and Software Installation.
∎ Providing IT support and solving technical problems in both a stand-alone and a network environment.
∎ Installing and configuring computer hardware operating systems and applications.
∎ Software Maintenance
∎ Diagnosing and troubleshooting hardware, software, and network faults

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 45 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Must be proactive, energetic & determined to meet deadlines
∎ Team player and able to work under pressure
∎ Committed and performance driven
∎ Excellent communication and organizational skills to establish good relationship.
∎ Adequate knowledge on Hardware to isolate / diagnosis the problem.

Salary: Negotiable
