∎ Graduation in Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related subject.
∎ Educational Qualification may be relaxed for experienced and highly skilled candidates.

∎ 1 to 2 year(s)
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure day to day assigned support to customer(s).
∎ Follow up case manager and fixing cases where 1st level support / data fixing support is needed.
∎ Write efficient SQL queries, stored procedures, functions and develop/update databases.
∎ Conduct all kind of testing (unit, system, integration, etc.) as per project needs.
∎ Perform data analysis.
∎ Provide support to the clients (over phone, remote connection, physical movement) as per project needs.
∎ Other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the supervisor as per project needs.
∎ Deployment of Easy VAT, EasyPOS, DiningPlus, PatientCare to new clients with confirming environment of installation.
∎ Carry out any other responsibilities assigned by the supervisor/manager/CEO as needed.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ SQL SERVER-2000, 2008R2, 2014, 2016 Crystal Report, Microsoft Report-RDLC and Active Report.
∎ Write complex and faster SQL query and TSQL.
∎ Common network infrastructure and server domain system.
∎ Knowledge on OOAD, SDLC, UML
∎ Knowledge of Relational Databases Management System (RDBMS), SQL Queries and TSQL (Stored Procedure, Function)
∎ Strong ability to use innovative problem solving technique to solve complex business problem.
∎ Ability to give demonstration/presentation on retail products.
∎ Having good experienced to provide client support will be added advantage.
∎ Able to work which is in compliance with UML behavioral and structural specification
∎ Strong verbal and written communications skills both English and Bangla
∎ Be Self-driven and able to work independently as well as in a team
∎ Must be proactive, energetic and determined to meet deadline
∎ Sincerity, honesty, hard work will be the key focus and target oriented
∎ Ability to work under pressure.
∎ Eager to learn new technology.
∎ Other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the management to achieve organizational goal
Salary: Tk. 20000 - 25000 (Monthly)
Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ Remuneration and benefits package including competitive salary
∎ Two bonuses per year (per bonuses will be equal one month's basic salary)
∎ Regular working hour: 8 hours per day, 5 days a week.15 Days Annual Leave, 10 Days Casual Leave and 14 days Sick Leave per year
