Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc in CSE/CS/IT/SE. Or Diploma in Computer Technology from any Poly Technique Institute. Or Bachelor in any discipline with MIS/IT related Courses from any reputed institute.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To provide software support to customer from call enter.
∎ To provide software support through phone, message, email etc.
∎ To provide software support in company or client premises (sometimes).
∎ To query on MS SQL Server database using SQL.
∎ To perform software testing.
∎ To perform data analysis.
∎ To perform bug hunting and reporting.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 20 to 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ To have good concept about Relational Database Management System (RDBMS)
∎ To have good practice in SQL and querying in SQL Server Database.
∎ To have general knowledge in Programming Logic and Technique (PLT).
∎ To have capability to work on MS Office (Word, Excel & Power Point).
∎ To have good analytical skill.
∎ To have good oral and written communication skill.
∎ To have faith on the dialog "Honesty is the best policy".
∎ To have integrity, politeness and trustworthiness.
∎ To have seriousness about responsibilities and love for work.
∎ To be energetic, smart problem solver and quick thinker.
∎ To have willingness to take challenges and work under pressure.
∎ To have multi-dimensional learning interest.
∎ To be highly adaptable with new technologies.
∎ To be interested to work in a cool and fun environment.

Salary: Negotiable
Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ Remuneration and benefits package including competitive salary.
∎ Two bonuses per year (per bonuses will be equal one month's basic salary).
∎ Regular working hour: 8 hours per day, 5 days a week.
∎ 15 Days Annual Leave, 10 Days Casual Leave and 14 days Sick Leave per year.
