Job Responsibilities:
∎ Software Support Engineer providing support for implementation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of IT systems, they oversee and resolve problems of the server, network devices, storage, and client devices, support IT systems of all end users on a daily basis by monitoring, and troubleshooting;
∎ Provide professional and friendly support consistently via telephone, electronic help desk, and live chat with outstanding customer service skills and a dedication to the customer service experience;
∎ Proven work experience in desktop support, technical support or similar role;
∎ Overseeing the security of the computer rooms and racking/troubleshooting server;
∎ Communicate and Coordinate with Internal Departments;
∎ Record Details of Actions Taken;
∎ Experience working in Engineering Lab, Data Center or Server Room;
∎ Job Location: Cumilla, Mymensing
