∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Customer Support, Hardware Engineer, IT System Management, MIS
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Computer Hardware/Network Companies, IT Enabled Service

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Diagnose, trouble shoot and solve problems for desktop computers, notebooks, LAN, e-mail configuration in outlook, Internet, Printer etc.
∎ Network maintenance and troubleshooting.
∎ SQL and Access Database maintenance and troubleshooting.
∎ Customize Software maintenance and troubleshooting.
∎ Receive complain and solve the customer problem over phone or remotely or visit.
∎ Any other tasks assigned by the management time to time regarding projects.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Clear concept on TCP/IP.
∎ Ability to handle customer.
∎ Good knowledge on computer hardware, operating system, application, antivirus software install and update.
∎ Willingly to travel anywhere in Bangladesh.
∎ Ability to work on under pressure.
∎ Working experience in ISP is preferred.
∎ Good written and verbal communication skill.

Salary: Tk. 12000 - 18000 (Monthly)
