Responsibilities & Context:
Candidate Will Learn During Internship Period (06 Months):
Install and configure operating systems and applications.
Troubleshoot and resolve PC software and hardware issues.
Maintain and troubleshooting IT equipment, including printers, scanners, and other peripherals.
Set up and maintain office networking infrastructure.
Install, configure, and maintain CCTV cameras and attendance machines.
Configure and manage business email systems.
Provide end-user support, including remote assistance.
Manage client relationships and ensure quality service delivery.
Upon successfully completing the six-month probation period, the candidate will have the opportunity to join our team. Salary and other benefits will be provided according to company policy.
