∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Customer Support, Internet, ISP, IT Support Service
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): ISP

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Support partner to resolve network issue.
∎ Support partner to resolve critical issues of client.
∎ Visit and monitor card sales of Carnival Internet.
∎ Coordinate with partner for different business concern of the company

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Must be proactive and able to execute tasks efficiently.
∎ At least 1 year working experience in ISP Support.
∎ Ability to face new technology challenges.
∎ Able to work in adverse situation.
∎ Must be very good in email writing and communication.
