Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline
∎ Ideally graduate or enrolled in a Computer Science, Computer Engineering or Software Engineering, Information Technology or Computer Networking degree program.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 1 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Customers report issues found in their IT systems, in the incident management systems (Jira, ServiceNow). Support Engineer should accept those reported incidents and provide regular updates to customers via email, calls or in the
∎ incident management system, according to ITIL standards.
∎ Login to server environments to capture application and database error/event logs. (Linux, Windows Server, Oracle, MS SQL, Reddis, RabbitMQ)
∎ Perform application installations on production and test server environments using AWS, Azure, Github, Outsystems according to the provided instruction by the Development team.
∎ Provide support for clients to update and maintain their websites though CMS platforms (EPI Server, Strapi, WordPress, Kentico)
∎ Monitor client systems regularly and ensure there are no issues. There are client specific dashboards and email alerts are already in place for this.
∎ Maintain application documentation in Confluence and G-Suite.
∎ Ability to work in 3 different shifts according to the roster shared. The roster consists of 5 working days and 2 day offs per week. Those working days will be a combination of weekdays and weekends.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Knowledge in basic troubleshooting in Networking and Software systems
∎ Knowledge in ITIL, IT service management, Linux, Windows, Oracle, MS SQL, Reddis, RabbitMQ will be an added advantage
∎ Ability to write and understand SQL statements, Powershell or Python scripts will be an added advantage
∎ Knowledge in Cloud computing platforms such as Azure, AWS and GCP will be an added advantage
∎ Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
∎ Ability to self-learn new technologies
Salary: Tk. 30000 - 60000 (Monthly)
