Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Demonstrate leadership skills and take ownership of customer issues when reported
∎ Understand in depth of the software customers are using
∎ Commitment, focus, and follow-through needed to see problems throughout the resolution
∎ Strong computer skills and identify and categorize customer issues
∎ Comply with standard procedures for proper hand-off of unsolvable issues to the appropriate internal teams in order to maximize customer satisfaction
∎ Excellent understanding in Application logic
∎ Excellent customer service skills and communication skills to provide prompt and accurate response to customers
∎ Excellent written communication skills to ensure proper customer interactions
∎ Excellent written communication skills needed to prepare accurate, clear, and timely reports
∎ Excellent spoken skills in order to communicate with customers and understanding their requirements

Additional Requirements:
∎ Excellent understanding in Application logic, excellent customer service skills and communication skills, excellent written communication skills and excellent spoken skills

Salary: Negotiable
