• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Statistics, IPE or related field

• Certifications in Microsoft Excel, Power BI, etc. will be an added advantage

Confidence Infrastructure PLC is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Supply Chain Planner to optimize our supply chain operations. The role involves demand planning, inventory management, production planning, and coordination across inventory, procurement, logistics, business & finance teams to ensure product availability while minimizing costs.

Key Responsibilities

1. Demand Planning

• Collaborate with business and production teams to align forecasts

• Continuously refine forecasting models for accuracy

2. Supply & Production Planning

• Develop and maintain supply plans based on demand forecasts

• Coordinate with production and procurement teams to ensure timely supply

• Balance supply constraints with demand requirements

3. Inventory Management

• Monitor inventory levels and optimize stock across warehouses

• Prevent stockouts and overstock situations

• Define safety stock levels and reorder points

4. Coordination & Communication

• Work closely with inventory, procurement, logistics, business, finance teams

• Ensure alignment between demand, supply, and distribution plans

• Communicate risks and mitigation plans proactively

5. Data Analysis & Reporting

• Track KPIs such as forecast accuracy, inventory turnover, service level, and fill rate

• Prepare regular reports and dashboards for management

• Identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements

6. Process Improvement

• Improve planning processes and tools

• Support implementation of ERP (if applicable)

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives in supply chain operations
